Sometimes it is difficult to understand why a recovered addict goes back to his/her addiction, because it was so hard to get where they are today.
The reason is that the enemy knows your weaknesses and he knows that when tempted you will easily give into old habits. He does not need to be creative, because you are predictable.
But do not fear because God will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, He will give you a way out – please do not choose the easy option, because that could ruin your life...choose God’s option and stand firm against the enemy's temptations.
NB! You, as a child of God, no longer fights for victory but from victory!
