Do not think that you are inadequate or weak when you need a break or time to rest. Sometimes you are not that busy, but your mind is too busy and you worry too much.
You are only human and if God gave Himself the seventh day to rest then you know that you have His blessing to take time to rest and to recoup. You need it so that you can be at full strength when you start again tomorrow.
If you do not rest and get refreshed, you deplete your reserves and then your worth for God, yourself and others go down rapidly. Soon what you do, will not be done out of love but purely out of obligation. You will get angry and frustrated, you will take the joy out of your and everyone else's day.
Take time to spend in God’s presence, He will give you rest.
