Just breathe...
There is a lot of stuff that irritates you, that steals your joy and the enemy wants you to get upset, curse, get angry, scream...
But it is your choice on how you will handle a situation or a person. Do not give the enemy what he wants – conflict, destruction and hatred.
Pray for patience, the right words, love, forgiveness, understanding and kindness. And if anything is to hard to handle and you feel overwhelmed...just breathe and pray.
Be still, God is with you.
