It is very difficult to get rest these days, you need rest for mind, body and soul.
Unfortunately there is never time nor opportunity to just rest. There is always something to do or someone that needs your attention.
But there is hope, you can give all your burdens, plans and worries to God.
This will make your load lighter and you will receive peace. Peace leads to rest.
Find the rest you need so that you have the strength to throw the rocks God gives you, to get victory over your Goliath.
