You are not promised an easy life, but you are promised that Christ will be there with you when you believe in Him. He will not let anything come your way that will be more than you can handle with His help, and even your hard times can be used to glorify God.
Look up, you know your help comes from the Lord your God. Take a deep breath, speak to Him and when you do not have the words, ask Him to listen to your heart.
Be still and rest, because God hears you and He will give you the wisdom and the strength you need.
Be still and know that God’s got this under control!
